About the course
This course aims to provide knowledge about how a case is managed in the IA system. There will also be an opportunity to exchange experiences and pose questions about the system and how it is used.
The session is aimed at those who are authorised to manage cases in the IA system.
Format
Registration is binding and there are limited spaces. If fewer than three participants register then the training session is cancelled.
