About the course
When working on salary reviews, we use a tool in which managers can submit the salary they feel their employees should have after the review, through which we can receive offers from employee organisations ahead of negotiations, in which we can simulate how the salary structure will look, and more.
The course is open to both salary-setting managers and those who serve as HR support to salary-setting managers during salary review periods with authorisation to use the salary review module.
Format
The course comprises three parts. Registration requires participants to attend all sessions.
Registration is binding and there are limited spaces. If fewer than three participants register then the training session is cancelled.
