About the course
This course aims to provide answers about the types of negotiations that can be held, the obligation to provide information and negotiate, what constitutes an important change and who does what at the University.
The course is aimed at heads of department, other managers and HR generalists/equivalent. We recommend HR generalists/equivalent and managers to participate in the course together, but this is not a requirement.
Format
Registration is binding and there are limited spaces. If fewer than three participants register then the training session is cancelled.
