About the course
This course is intended to enhance the quality and accuracy of the recruitment process and to provide ideas regarding competence-based recruitment in practice through reflections and experiences. Active participation is important.
The course is aimed at HR generalists/equivalent, heads of department and other managers.
Format
The training is provided on an as-needed basis and is offered when we have a sufficient number of participants.
