Welcome to the Service Centre on floor 0 to get help with:

• Collect your campus card. You can do this the day after registration. You upload a photo and choose a PIN code in the campus card service portal.
• Obtain a one-time code to reset the password A for your student account.
• Collect study certificates from Ladok.
• Pick up degree certificates etc.
• Shop from a selected range of promotional products.

The Student Affairs and Academic Registry Division together with the Division for Internationalisation welcomes students for booked visits or via drop-in sessions. Book an appointment or see drop-in times on the pages below.

At the student square (Studenttorget) on floor 0, entrance via Dag Hammarskjölds väg 7, you can register and sit down and wait for your appointment.
