Collaboration and policy support

AMC cooperates with with government agencies and civil society organisations to facilitate dissemination of research findings as well as exchange of knowledge and experience. AMC is a knowledge centre within Uppsala University, and as such the centre does not adopt positions on policy issues. Instead, researchers associated with the AMC are encouraged to take part in public debate.

Research is unrestricted, and researchers are free to use different perspectives and reach varying conclusions. When asked to do so, the AMC will provide advice to policy work on the basis of research results.
