Laura Toth

Currently I am in the Psychology Master's program of the University of Heidelberg. My interests are the links between perseverative cognition, stress and nature. This year I am doing an internship and writing my thesis at the Institute for Urban and Housing Research under the supervision of Freddie Lymeus. The focus of this work is a 5-week program based on nature experience combined with mindfulness training, which we will evaluate in comparison with a “green prescription” intervention.
